We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
International Shipping
We ship globally with the following considerations:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing
- We declare the full value of all shipments
Returns & Exchanges
Our 15-day return policy gives you time to ensure your golf equipment meets your expectations. Please review our requirements carefully:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (especially critical for golf clubs and electronics)
- Proof of purchase required
Hygiene Notice:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Golf gloves
- Caps, hats & visors (unless faulty)
All GPS watches must be returned with original protective films and packaging.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll send:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Special packaging requirements (for golf clubs/trolleys)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely using original packaging when possible. For golf equipment:
- Use appropriate protective materials
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA form
- Ship to:

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
Exchange Process
- We ship replacements after receiving your return
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded)
- No additional shipping fees for exchanges
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged goods (especially golf clubs or electric trolleys):
- Contact us immediately with photos of damage
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund
- May request return of damaged item (we cover shipping)
