Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (especially important for golf clubs and electronics)
  • A proof of purchase is required

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on golf gloves and caps/hats/visors unless they are faulty. All GPS watches must be returned with original protective films and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any special packaging requirements (especially for golf clubs and trolleys)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely using the original packaging when possible. For golf clubs and equipment, please use appropriate protective materials.

Include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA form inside the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (particularly important for golf clubs and electric trolleys):

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
  • In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
