Tungsten is in a Callaway Golf wedge for the first time ever, on the sand and lob wedges, to precisely center the CG position for control and feel. The design also features variable length hosels that are engineered to control trajectory while enhancing forgiveness.

The wedge has a combination of Razor Sharp Grooves and Offset Groove-in-Groove Technology. Razor Sharp Grooves with a 37° wall angle to elevate the groove-edge sharpness. So from inside 80 yards, these grooves promote a controlled “one hop and stop” trajectory. Offset Groove-in-Groove Technology positions milled micro-grooves at a 20° angle to promote added spin on chips, pitches, and lob shots.

Callaway Golf has removed the plating on the face which allows for more rusting over time. Removing the plating enables a more direct connection between the ball and the face at impact, providing more friction to improve spin. So unlike other wedges that lose their premium look, the rest of the club head retains its premium finish.
